Description
The research programme is part of the mission of the Department (DPCD), which focuses on research and training in the legal field, with particular attention to the protection of the rights of vulnerable persons, especially minors with a migrant background, and to providing support for the scientific validation of the educational and intercultural practices implemented. The research focuses on defining strategies and tools to make the inclusion pathways promoted by partner schools, third sector organisations and other parties involved in the project structured, scalable and sustainable, through a multidisciplinary approach that integrates legal, sociological and economic expertise. Research activities will include the analysis of regulatory frameworks, the observation of social and organisational dynamics, the evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of interventions, the production of scientific contributions and the coordination of the project's final conference
