The Research examines the main trends in Contract Logistics and the sector’s development directions, with a particular focus on digital innovation and the introduction of Artificial Intelligence. The Research sets out to achieve the following specific objectives:- Analyze the development paths of Contract Logistics, with a focus on digital innovation and the introduction of Artificial Intelligence;- Study the main trends in the logistics sector;- Map the available technological solutions and their potential to support companies;- Examine the new business models companies are adopting to effectively integrate these technologies;- Analyze the key application areas of technological solutions within logistics;- Assess strategies for technology adoption and the related process changes;- Explore initiatives aimed at developing the skills required for the digital transformation of the sector.
