The research project investigates how the increasing adoption of Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the meaning of work, leadership models, and talent management within organizations. In this context, the study explores the role of Purpose as a strategic lever to guide individuals and organizations through AI-driven transformation, fostering engagement, responsibility, and long-term sustainability. Using an empirical approach that combines surveys, in-depth interviews, and direct engagement with managers and companies, the project aims to develop analytical frameworks and actionable tools to support organizations in navigating AI-related change in a human-centered and responsible way.
