Description
The project, developed within the framework of the Jean Monnet Chair on European Judicial Cooperation, promotes advanced research and teaching activities in the fields of cross-border civil and commercial litigation, European civil procedure, and judicial cooperation. Within this framework, special emphasis is placed on the study and application of key instruments of European procedural law, including Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast), Regulation (EU) No. 2015/848, and the ELI-UNIDROIT Rules of Civil Procedure. The latter represent a significant soft law harmonization effort aimed at fostering an efficient, fair, and coherent system of civil justice at both European and international levels
