The planned activities fall within the framework of an ongoing project focused on the study of slender rotor dynamics, with particular reference to applications in the manufacturing sector.The research activity will concern the extension of previously developed models, with the aim of improving their generalization across different applications. In this context, particular attention will be devoted to the further development of the simulation architecture of the model, which is structured according to a modular approach, whereby the different physical contributions are implemented as independent functional blocks that can be activated or deactivated depending on specific requirements.The activities will also include the analysis of additional operating conditions, including different speeds, the introduction of redundant constraints, and the use of alternative materials, in order to assess their influence on the dynamic behavior of the system and on stability margins.
