Description

The program examines the impact of complex digital systems and technologies( including GenAI and Agentic AI) on health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace, highlighting emerging risks and prevention opportunities. It aims to understand how these technologies transform work organization, roles, and workloads, promoting inclusive models that value the involvement of workers and their representatives. The activities include: literature analysis; case studies across different sectors; consultation with companies, workers, their representatives, and relevant stakeholders; and the development of recommendations and intervention priorities to support a fair, safe, and participatory digital transition.
