Description
The research activity focuses on the integration of GeoAI, Geospatial Intelligence and Earth Observation for territorial and maritime monitoring, as part of the AI4COPSEC project. Advanced geospatial analysis pipelines will be developed and tested for the observation of climate change and its impact on coasts, infrastructure and sensitive areas. The project involves the integrated use of satellite data, UAVs and in-situ sensors, managed through advanced GIS platforms.Particular attention will be paid to the use of new foundation models for the automatic analysis of images and time series. The results will support prevention, climate adaptation and environmental safety activities.
