The assignment includes the following tasks: (i) preparation of teaching materials to be used for training sector technicians on the topic of optimizing the use of resources and the optimal management of agro-food waste and waste. (ii) collection and processing of data relating to production practices and management of resources and waste. (iii) on-site training activities (Tunisia, Siliana region) on the topics referred to in point (i).
