The project aims to provide an updated understanding of the international, European, and national regulatory framework for the transfer of weapons and dual-use products, in light of new defense sector strengthening policies adopted at the European and national levels, and with a view to respecting human rights. Specifically, the project aims to identify the obligations of businesses, universities, and research institutions operating in the dual-use sector and to offer practical guidance for their fulfillment, tailored to the Trentino business and research context.
