Description
The TMA project, now in its seventh year of activity, is focused on digital technologies for modeling and simulating tire tread behavior. The activities of this research program will be: a) the development of Reverse Engineering methods and tools to obtain 3D CAD models of existing tires, b) the range extension starting from the CAD model of the reference model, also considering "fine" geometric characteristics such as the typical sipes of winter models.
