Description
Microbiological study to enhance the UMCC collection. The activities include the taxonomic, functional and technological characterization of bacterial and yeast strains, along with the preservation and metabolic study of mixed microbial communities. The primary objective is to enhance the UMCC collection. To thisend, the project aims to expand the UMCC through the isolation, dereplication, and characterization of new microbial strains and the study/conservation of mixed cultures of biotechnological interest.
