12/GIUR-01 - Private Law
Description
The research program focuses on a classic yet evolving theme: the form and (neo)formalism of legal deeds, in the various facets offered today by the perspective of the notion of human vulnerability. The program contributes to the implementation of the Department of Excellence's project objectives, as it intersects various ATQs: population aging (atq A), digital technologies (atq B), protection against discrimination (atq C), transformations in civil justice (atq D), solidarity (atq E), and sustainability (atq F). The junior research fellow will be able to develop the research line in various areas of private law (persons, families and successions, circulation of goods, obligations and contracts, protection of rights). Expected results include participation in conferences and seminars, in Italy and abroad, and the production of scientific publications
