WOC TOP aims to develop and validate, through a multicenter Randomized Controlled Trial, a new web-based cognitive training for enhancing cognitive functioning in older people. Compared to traditional cognitive training, Computer-based Cognitive Training (CCT) allows the level of challenge to be more easily individualized and adapted. WOC TOP is a web-based system with important key features: Incremental, Personalized, Diffuse, Supervised, Evidence-based.
