Description

The research activity will focus on investigating the enzymatic modulation exerted by small molecules and their interactions with epigenetic targets. To this end, biochemical assays (luminescence- and fluorescence-based), biophysical approaches (Differential Scanning Fluorimetry, DSF), and HPLC-based analyses will be employed. The work will also require cloning, expression, and purification of the target proteins.
