Description

Within the Travel Innovation Observatory, the Research aims to analyze the main innovations affecting Italy’s tourism and cultural sectors, with a particular focus on the role of artificial intelligence and the benefits and risk factors associated with its adoption.The Research also forms part of the activities for the DQuaDLA Project, funded under the INTERREG VI-A ITALY-SWITZERLAND 2021-2027 COOPERATION PROGRAM (ID 0200134 - CUP D19I24001710007), with the goal of defining and developing a platform that provides data engineering tools to support decision-making, by collecting, processing, and analyzing data relevant to tourism management within the Italy-Switzerland cooperation areas involved in the project.
