Description

The work involves analyzing the main literature, conducting interviews, case studies, and both quantitative and qualitative investigations, either at a high level or tailored to specific business needs, within the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI"). This is carried out in collaboration with the research team of the AI Observatory. The goal is to understand how to effectively integrate Artificial Intelligence opportunities into institutional mandates and operational models of public and private organizations, examining the complex relationships between process, technology, and organization—going beyond the simple implementation of best practices. Additionally, it is necessary to explore governance issues and management components to support informed AI adoption and to generate actionable knowledge, which can also be used in scientific research.
