Description

The research activity will be developed in close collaboration with the Hospital staff, taking into account the requirements of the planned implementation actions. On this basis, typical service design research methods will be applied to draft usage scenarios, simulating the experiences that different types of users may have in the context of hospital spaces and the healthcare services provided. The scenarios will be critically reviewed with the administrative department in order to identify the most effective implementation of services that allow for constant monitoring and updating of implementation solutions over time.
