Description

This project applies bioinformatic and computational approaches to investigate the genetic and molecular determinants of periprosthetic joint infections (PJIs). The bioinformatician will analyze genomic and metagenomic datasets generated from bacterial isolates and complex biological samples, with a particular focus on Staphylococcus species.
