Description
The project analyzes livestock farming systems to improve animal welfare, reduce environmental impacts (emissions and resource use), and improve the quality of milk and meat. Welfare, performance, and quality/sensory parameters of animal products will be measured. The project's tasksinclude: experimental design, on-farm surveys and sampling, data management, laboratory analysis, interpretation of results, reporting and publications, and dissemination activities.
