Description

assignment through expression of interest: The project is focused on the synthesis and characterization of modified peptide nucleic acid (PNA) monomers and synthons for solid phase synthesis applications. The molecules produced will be used for the construction of PNA-based probes, eventually equipped with reactive functionalities, with antibacterial activity. During the project, interaction, and reactivity, studies between the obtained probes and the biological targets will allow design optimization before their modification for the formulation with delivery systems.
