Description

The research activities focus on the development and optimisation of 2D SiGe- and SnGe-based hybrid materials for advanced lithium- and sodium-ion batteries. The project integrates electrochemical testing with advanced structural characterisation techniques, including operando and in situ synchrotron-based measurements (XAS, XRD), to investigate reaction mechanisms and structure–performance relationships.
