Scientific-Disciplinary Group

Description

By extending the cohort he/she will aim at validating the preliminary results obtained in our pilot cohort. This is the first fundamental step needed to define good candidates as novel non-invasive biomarkers; to obtain more robust results, the fellow will implement the statistical analysis strategy, as described in detail in the research proposal; to further get insight into the biological predictors of unresponsiveness to IT, in the first year, the fellow will prepare the libraries for scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq and perform the sequencing; he/she will analyse whether some pathogenetic mechanisms are present in unresponsive myocarditis patients by performing the bioinformatic analysis proposed in the research plan; at the end of the first year the fellow will integrate all the results in scientific papers to be submitted to high impact peer-reviewed international journals.
