This project aims to dissect chromatin patterns and regulatory mechanisms sustaining metastatic cells survival in response to pharmaceutical treatments. Using in vitro tumoroids resembling the features of metastatic cancer cells, within this project we will determine the contribution of cancer-related chromatin factors to increase cancer cell fitness and survival in response to treatment with ATR inhibitors (ATRi)...
