Description
This project investigates the role of androgen receptor (AR) signaling in renal progenitor cell response to kidney injury and its contribution to renal cell carcinoma development. Using cell culture, organoids, and single-cell RNA sequencing, the study aims to define injury-driven, AR-dependent mechanisms of tumor initiation and progression.
