Description
Analysis, design, and validation of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) models for monitoring and analyzing complex processes, with particular attention to compliance with transparency, interpretability, and reliability requirements. In this context, a systematic technology scouting of the main AI solutions applicable to agri-food contexts will be conducted, followed by a detailed definition of the functional and performance requirements of the models.
