Description

The project supports the Veneto dairy supply chain in transitioning toward a more sustainable, safe, and quality-oriented model. With regard to innovations for environmental, economic, and social sustainability, the activities aim to reduce the environmental impact of livestock farming, improve production efficiency, and strengthen the competitiveness of businesses. The component dedicated to enhancing the safety of dairy products focuses on the application of an innovative infrared technology as a treatment for raw milk sanitation, intended to reduce the microbial load and inactivate potential pathogens while preserving the product’s qualitative characteristics. Finally, innovations will be implemented to improve the quality of dairy products, both from a nutritional and sensory perspective.

The interview will take place on April 17, 2026, at 12:00 (Italian time). Candidates will to appear, without any further notice, on the date and at the time indicated. Failure to attend the interview will be considered as withdrawal from the selection process. In order to take part in the interview, candidates must present a valid form of ID.Candidates will take the oral examination remotely via Zoom platform. Failure to connect, unavailability/absence of the candidate on the scheduled date or time, or failure to present a valid form of identification will result in exclusion.At the end of the evaluation process, the Committee will draw up a provisional ranking based on the sum of the scores obtained in each assessment, with a minimum qualifying score of 60/100. In the event of a tie, preference will be given to the younger candidate.The official records and the final ranking will be approved by a Decree of the Director and published on the University’s Official Notice Board. The selection is carried out through the comparative evaluation of qualifications, scientific-professional curriculum, scientific productivity, and an interview by a Selection Committee. The Committee is composed of three effective members, including the Scientific Supervisor and/or the Tutor, and at least one substitute. For the comparative evaluation of candidates, the Committee has 100 points, allocated as follows: 15 points for qualifications (degree, PhD, specialization diploma, certificates of attendance of post-graduate specialization courses obtained in Italy or abroad); 10 points for scientific-professional curriculum (documented research activity with contracts, scholarships, or assignments, in Italy or abroad, relevant to the research activity subject of the announcement); 15 points for scientific productivity (quantity and quality of scientific publications, including master’s, single-cycle master’s, or doctoral theses); and 60 points for interview.
