Description
The research fellowship investigates how consumption spaces (physical, social, and digital) contribute to generating experiences of inclusion or vulnerability for different groups of consumers. The project adopts a Consumer Behaviour and Transformative Service Research perspective, analyzing how spatial layouts, service practices, social interactions, and communication devices influence vulnerable consumers' safety, accessibility, trust, and participation. The aim is to develop theoretical and managerial insights to design more equitable and inclusive consumption environments.

Mandatory requirement for admission to the selection: italian Laurea Magistrale, or Laurea a Ciclo Unico, or an equivalent degree from foreign Universities, obtained no more than 6 years prior to the application deadline (i.e obtained after April 9, 2020).
