Description

- implementation of a bioinformatic pipeline to deal with ancient DNA reads, from raw files (fastq) all the way to genotype calling in pileup or more refined modes, depending on the available coverage;- reads not aligned against the human genome will have to be managed through a metagenomic pipeline to be set up.
