Growth and characterization of hybrid magnetic interfaces - 2026_IDR_DFIS_10
Posted on: 27/03/2026
Deadline: 30/04/2026
Scientific-Disciplinary Group
02/PHYS-03 - Experimental Physics Of Matter And Applications
Description
The program will focus on the growth via molecular beam epitaxy and the characterization in ultra-high vacuum and via magneto-optics of hybrid interfaces between organic films and inorganic magnetic materials, in particular oxides, with potential applications in magnonics and spintronics. Specifically, electron spectroscopy, electron diffraction, and scanning tunneling microscopy techniques will be used in vacuum. Magneto-optical characterizations will be performed on an optical bench.
