Description

Within the research group of the Digital B2B and International Observatory on Electronic Invoicing, the main goals are:- to explore how innovation and emerging technologies are redefining electronic invoicing and its ecosystem, while keeping track of new services and solutions being introduced; - to investigate the applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies by interviewing leading providers, also identifying possible use cases for applying AI and GenAI within the B2B context; - to collect and share success stories that show improvements in efficiency and compliance achieved through innovation; - to develop, manage, and coordinate relationships with partners and stakeholders involved in the research activities and in presenting the results; - to organize, co-create, manage, and assess meetings dedicated to sharing and presenting the research outcomes.
