Description

Within the research group of the Digital Innovation Observatories, and in particular in close collaboration with the Drones and Advanced Air Mobility, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Digital Innovation in Retail, Internet Media Observatories and Digital Innovation for Culture, the research aims to:- study and/or quantify the Italian market in the relevant sectors; - critically explore the main innovation drivers in the areas of Drones, Customer Experience, Retail, and Internet Media; - develop, manage, and coordinate relationships with partners and stakeholders involved in the research activities and in presenting the results of the above Observatories; - organize, co-create, manage, and evaluate meetings focused on sharing and presenting the research findings from the aforementioned Observatories.
