Description

Within the Startup Thinking Observatory, and in close connection with the various research groups of the Digital Innovation Observatories, the research aims to analyze the evolution of the Italian and international entrepreneurial ecosystem and to explore the role of startups in the innovation processes of established companies. It also examines the spread of Open Innovation initiatives and how organizations collaborate with the broader innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem. In particular, the research objectives are: - to conduct surveys and mappings of the Italian and international startup ecosystem across specific technological and sectoral areas; - to analyze the main features, development models, and growth trajectories of startups in selected fields; - to study the forms of collaboration between established companies and startups within Open Innovation initiatives.
