Description

Within the B2B Digital Commerce & Experience Observatory, the research pursues the following objectives: - to map the main types and configurations of B2B Digital Commerce adopted by companies, analyzing operational models, areas of application across different supply chains, and integration with sales processes and commercial networks; - to map the technologies that form the technological architecture of B2B Digital Commerce, examining their roles and integration methods with corporate information systems; - to identify the organizational, technological, and governance prerequisites required for the development of B2B Digital Commerce initiatives; - to study the benefits and challenges arising from the implementation of B2B Digital Commerce projects; - to map the main applications of Artificial Intelligence within B2B Digital Commerce platforms; - to identify significant case histories and emerging trends at both the Italian and international levels.
