Description
The research activity focuses on the development of formal models andcomputational tools for the structured representation of knowledge and for automatedreasoning over data originating from heterogeneous sources, with particular attentionto cyber-physical contexts and distributed monitoring systems. The research willfocus on the design of semantically enriched information structures capable ofintegrating data from sensors, information systems, and contextual sources, with theaim of supporting automated inference processes and decision support.
