Description
The aim of the project "RESILIENT - Upcycling of nut processing waste for the production of customized, high-nutrient foods" is to reuse nut processing waste as ingredients to develop new, high-quality, nutritionally superior foods. The modern food system is increasingly focused on consuming foods that, in addition to satisfying consumers from a traditional sensory and nutritional standpoint, can also have positive effects on overall health.
