Analysis by means of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) platforms in the clinical proteomics of biological samples. Processing of proteomic data obtained by LC-MS analysis: from processing of MS/MS spectra to functional evaluation of protein profiles using systems biology platforms.
