Description

The research program aims to develop an innovative model for tourism management and promotion that, through the analysis of collected data, combines the enhancement of territorial authenticity with sustainability principles in the design of high-quality tourism experiences. The objective is to examine the production system (accommodation providers, outdoor operators, agri-food enterprises, local producers, and actors in the food and wine sector) to analyze their contributions to the design and enhancement of authentic and sustainable experiences. The analysis of the business ecosystem will strengthen the Veneto region’s capacity to monitor the evolution of the tourism supply, guiding strategies for flow redistribution and promoting sustainable experiences rooted in local value chains and consistent with the territory’s identity.

The competition will be carried out by an evaluation of titles and examination by means of an interview. For admission to the selection process referred to in Art. 1, potential candidates must fulfil the following requirements:a) Master’s Degree [Laurea Magistrale o a ciclo unico awarded pursuant to Art. 3(1n), Ministerial Decree no. 270 of 22/10/04], obtained no more than six years before the expiry date of this call;b) Possession of a curriculum suitable for assisting in carrying out research activities in relation to the subject of the selection announcement;c) Knowledge of the following foreign language: English.
