Valorization of agro-industrial by-products by Hermetia illucens bioconversion processes for sustainable protein-based bioplastic films

Evaluation of qualifications.Interview on:a) discussion on submitted qualifications and publicationsb) assessment of skills and knowledge in the field of- breeding techniques for bioconverting insects,- extraction of biomolecules from larval biomass and their use for industrial applications.The interview will be held in Italian Admission requirements:- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained no more than six years ago on the deadline date of the call for applications;- A CV suitable for supporting the research activities relevant to the position. Other relevant qualifications-Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Biotechnology for Medical, Pharmaceutical and Veterinary Diagnostics (LM-9), obtained no more than six years ago on the deadline date of the call for applications;- Any other qualifications: postgraduate training periods in Italy and/or abroad, Erasmus scholarships or internships, participation and/or presentation of scientific papers at conferences, specialized skills in entomological biotechnology.- Thesis and scientific publications in the field of the biotechnoloy with particular attention to the entomological and microbiological fields.English language.Foreign candidates must have adequate knowledge of Italian language
