"The research program studies how Italian companies are using and implementing GenAI models and agentic architectures in order to improve their innovation processes. It combines qualitative case studies and quantitative surveys to map governance models. Particular attention is paid to the depth of GenAI use in the innovation funnel. The program aims to develop a methodology for analyzing the relationship between AI maturity and the level and depth of GenAI adoption
