In its initial session, the Selection Committee—comprised of three experts appointed after the application deadline—defines the detailed parameters and evaluation criteria for qualifications, publications, and the interview, tailoring them to the specificities of the research project. The Committee then proceeds to examine the qualifications and publications submitted by the candidates, assigning the corresponding scores.Admitted candidates shall undergo a public interview, which may be held in person or via teleconference. During this stage, a practical examination is conducted to verify technical and linguistic skills. Upon the conclusion of the interviews, a list of the candidates examined, including the scores obtained for both qualifications and the interview, is published on the institutional website. The Committee drafts a final report containing reasoned assessments for each candidate and establishes a merit ranking based on the total scores. The proceedings must be concluded by June 30, 2026 (and in any case within 60 days of the Committee's appointment). Finally, the successful candidate is appointed by a provision of the Administrative Director for the formal signing of the contract.
The Selection Committee has a total of 100 points to evaluate candidates, divided between qualifications (max 50 points) and the interview (max 50 points). Specific criteria for the qualifications phase include the assessment of academic degrees, publications (up to 5), and professional experience. Regarding the interview, the evaluation focuses on linguistic proficiency (excellent level of German and English) and technical skills (graphic design and layout software from the Adobe suite), which are verified through a practical examination.
