Description
• Analysis of processes and needs in manufacturing and service operationsDevelopment of LLM-based solutions (RAG and agents) to support operators and technicians. • Integration with enterprise/industrial data and systems (ERP, MES, maintenance, ticketing/CRM).• Implementation and testing of use cases: shop-floor assistance, troubleshooting, reporting, quality, ticket and intervention management.• Performance and KPI impact evaluation (OEE, scrap rate, lead time, MTTR/MTBF, SLA). • Reliability, security and privacy measures (traceability, controls, human-in-the-loop).
