The research activity is aimed at a) development of ECL imaging platforms, with particular focus on highspatial resolution systems and the definition of quantitative measurement protocols; b) Characterizationof microelectrodes and nanoelectrodes, and evaluation of their electrochemical and ECL performance; c)Functionalization of nanostructured surfaces with biomolecular probes and development of ECL assayprotocols, for the detection of biomarkers or analytes of interest.
