Description
The project investigates psychological well-being among industrial workers operating in collaborative robotics / technological environments, focusing on adaptation processes, emotional regulation, trust, and work-related stress. Integrating clinical and organizational perspectives, the study examines how human- robot/high technological environments coordination impacts individual and interpersonal functioning. Using multimodal methodologies (clinical self-reports, and behavioral observations), the research aims to identify risk and protective factors for mental health and to develop guidelines for preventive and promotive interventions in Industry 5.0 workplaces
