Description
The research project aims to develop and implement an integrated screening model for sudden cardiac death in both athletic and non-athletic populations, with particular focus on paediatric and young individuals. This model will include not only a comprehensive clinical evaluation at rest, but also a systematic functional assessment through exercise testing, including cardiopulmonary testing and stress echocardiography. The objective is to improve the early diagnostic capability of potentially arrhythmogenic or structural cardiac conditions, even in subclinical settings, as well as to assess the utility of exercise-based analysis.
