Description

-Acquisition, processing, and analysis of satellite and UAV remote sensing data for monitoring fragile coastal environments;-Design and implementation of field campaigns for the collection of ground-truth data to support remote sensing analyses;-Development and application of machine learning and deep learning algorithms for land cover,vegetation, and morphological feature classification;-Integration of multi-source data (satellite, UAV, and in situ measurements) for the analysis of spatial and temporal dynamics of lagoons and estuaries;-Production of high-resolution thematic maps and assessment of changes induced by climate changeand anthropogenic pressures;-Support for the development of predictive tools for the management and conservation of coastalecosystems;-Preparation of scientific papers and publications in international journals, dissemination of research results, and participation in national and international conferences and workshops.
