• Development and analysis of genome-scale metabolic models from genomes and metagenomes.• Integration of experimental data for condition-specific simulations and Flux Balance Analysis.• Reconstruction of community networks and prediction of microbial and phage–bacteria interactions.• Analysis of metabolic fluxes and interspecies exchanges to identify optimal consortia.• Application of machine learning and bioinformatic methods for multi-omics data interpretation.• Required skills: metabolic modeling, programming (Python, R, MATLAB), microbiology, genomics, and statistical analysis of biological data.
