The Research Center in Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine (EPIMED) has active research lines on the major environmental, psychosocial, and molecular determinants of chronic degenerative diseases, in the context of observational studies, both epidemiological and clinical.With reference to these activities, the candidate will specifically contribute to:- Statistical analysis of data relating to environmental determinants (es. air pollution and temperature) of chronic degenerative diseases in the context of epidemiological studies, including the RoCAV population-based cohort;- Provide methodological support in the study design, statistical data analysis, and critical discussion of results to clinical research groups in the context of observational studies on chronic degenerative diseases.
