Description
This research activity focuses on computational modelling of the heart and other biophysical systems at scale. Applications include cardiac electrophysiology and tumour growth. The work involves the implementation of complex PDE models, the treatment of geometries via generative shape modelling, and the development of efficient numerical methods for large simulations. Emphasis is on high-performance computing, including GPU-based architectures, and, where relevant, scientific machine learning.
