Description
In this project the discovery of medical knowledge is performed in 3 stages. First, methods are developed to align text-based biomedical data with structured references of medical knowledge. Second, libraries are developed to address the heterogeneity and variability of bioimages, biosignals and other data, favoring their use in data fusion approaches. Finally, multimodal knowledge exploration pipelines and unsupervised learning approaches are applied to explore multimodal data and to identify relationships between them.
