Limit theorems for exchangeable random partitions, with applications in nonparametric Bayesian statistics
Posted on: 19/05/2026

Scientific-Disciplinary Group
13/STAT-01 - Statistics
Description
The project investigates fundamental limit theorems for exchangeable random partitions, with particular emphasis on asymptotic results for the number of blocks, block frequencies, and other relevant statistics. Its goal is to develop new probabilistic tools to better understand the structure of these models and to clarify their role in Bayesian nonparametric statistics.
